-
Reliability matters.
-
We depend on each other. You must arrive on time for your shifts and communicate proactively if anything changes.
-
Phones stay away during shifts.
-
We stay present for customers and each other. Phone use is limited to breaks.
-
There is always meaningful work to do.
-
During slower moments, team members clean, organize, prep, restock, or wipe down the seating area. You should enjoy staying engaged.
-
Every role is hands-on.
-
No one works “just bar” or “just register.” Everyone helps with everything — including dishes, trash, and keeping the trailer spotless.

Schedules are collaborative.
-
Time-off requests must be made in advance and coordinated so that leadership isn’t left scrambling for coverage.
-
We value kindness, consistency, and teamwork above all.

If these expectations feel aligned with how you like to work, you’ll thrive here.
